Our DSI technicians have an average of 17 years of expertise and can often diagnose an issue quickly and with minimal down time. We offer remote support for addressing simple issues and system monitoring, but we value you and your staff’s valuable time. If we believe issue will take some time, we dispatch a technician, typically within hours and often the same day. While we do offer maintenance plans, we’ve found that most of our clients prefer to utilize our services on a time and materials basis. We can work within your budget and timelines!
